rubytree is a Personal Change Consultancy, based in Bedfordshire.
We provide a coaching and counselling service to business and private clients. Our approach combines the experience of senior Human Resources professionals with the change techniques of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emotional Freedom Techniques and Hypnotherapy.
We coach Human Resources professionals and Senior Managers to;
- establish effective Human Resources strategies with measurable results
- maximise leadership performance, influencing skills and impact at work
- overcome limiting beliefs and ineffective work place behaviours
We work with individuals to;
- cope with unexplained infertility and/or prepare for IVF treatment
- manage weight issues
- overcome
anxiety, anger, fear, sadness, guilt and traumatic memories
- prepare for difficult events, such as exams or a driving test
- control phobias, fear of flying and fear of driving
