My background is in senior management in the food and supply chain sectors. I started my career in factory management before moving into Director level Human Resources roles. In more recent years I have qualified as a Psychotherapist and Coach. I am a Contemporary Psychotherapist, a Chartered Fellow, [FCIPD], of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Master NLP Practitioner and an Advanced EFT Practitioner.
rubytree is my private coaching and psychotherapy practice.
Coaching
I offer a coaching service to Human Resources professionals and Senior Managers in industry, drawing on many years of experience in senior HR roles. I also offer Life Coaching to private clients who are facing a major life event or who are feeling the need for a major change in life/career direction.
Psychotherapy
I work with the whole range of emotional challenges whilst specialising in helping clients to control general anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and panic attacks, using the change techniques of NLP and EFT. I also work with individuals to release traumatic memories and to overcome phobias and fears.
Clinic
My private practice is based at The Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living and my home in Bedfordshire.
