My background is in senior management in the food and supply chain sectors. I started my career in factory management before moving into senior level Human Resources roles. In more recent years I have qualified as a Psychotherapist and Coach. I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Contemporary Psychotherapist, a Master NLP Practitioner and an Advanced EFT Practitioner. I am currently training in sex and relationship therapy.

rubytree is my private coaching and psychotherapy service. 

Coaching

I offer a coaching service to Human Resources professionals and Senior Managers in industry, drawing on many years of business experience. I also offer Life Coaching to private clients who are facing a major life event or who are feeling the need for a change in life/career direction.

I work with the whole range of emotional challenges whilst specialising in helping clients to overcome general anxiety disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder and panic attacks, using the change techniques of NLP and EFT. I also work with individuals and couples of all sexual orientations with sex and relationship issues.

My private practice is based at The Letchworth Centre for Healthy Living and my home in Bedfordshire.

I work with clients in the Clinic, at their home or office and, if necessary, in locations that trigger anxiety to make the change process as effective as possible.
