Neuro-Linguistic Programming
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is the practice of understanding how people organise their thinking, feeling, language and behaviour to produce the results they do.
NLP was originally established by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in 1975. Their initial intention was to discover how certain individuals had become excellent communicators and to create models of this behaviour, which they could teach to others.
A range of NLP techniques have now been created to enable us to change our thought processes, behaviours and beliefs, allowing us to overcome our limitations and to reach our full potential.
NLP techniques give us choice. They allow us to learn how to control our behaviour, change our emotional and physical states and improve the way we influence and communicate with others.
