Who are we?

rubytree is run by Julie Sale, our lead consultant. Julie managed clothing factories for a number of years before moving into senior Human Resources roles in the supply chain and food sectors. She later qualified as a Psychotherapist and Coach. She is a Chartered Fellow, [FCIPD], of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development a Master NLP Practitioner and Level 3 EFT Practitioner.

rubytree calls on the services of a network of Human Resources, Training professionals and Therapists to support projects as required. All of our associates work to rubytree values and ethical standards.
